It depends on where you are. Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwised. No orders are picked up over the weekend or on public holidays. You will receive confirmation as soon as your delivery has been dispatched by email.

We provide tracking information in your shipping confirmation email that’s sent out once your order has been dispatched. You may also view this information in your account and check the order in your order history. This is only applicable if you've selected the tracking shipping option.
Returns & Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is of great importance to us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Returning or exchanging an item is easy with The Curly Store. You have 14 business days from the receipt of order to decide whether to keep your items.
To authorise your returns, products must be in a saleable condition i.e. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally fulfilled from The Curly Store. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If a product has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 48hrs of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund. In such a scenario, we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further shipping charges.
Please email us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by using the Contact Us form. NO return of any type will be accepted without a RAN. Please let us know the reason for the return.
Unfortunately, we do not refund the following:
Accessories: Satin Bonnets, hairbrushes, and combs due to hygiene reasons. For products items returned to us due to incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer we will not offer a refund for postage. Clearance or sale items.
If you are returning an order for any reason, other than those that are faulty or there is an error by The Curly Store, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.
Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey and that you keep a proof of postage.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane. This excludes teh following:
You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product.

Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay.
Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately.
If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Customer Service to make alternative arrangements.
We pick and pack all orders with the utmost care however, as each parcel is prepared manually, errors can occasionally occur.
If you have received the wrong product or parcel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure you've included the following information:
- the email address you used to place your order
- your order number
- details of the item(s) missing from your order
- a clear picture of the invoice and product received.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on accessories. Please note, postage on returned items cannot be refunded.
