£17.99 EUROPE tracked and signed* - fixed rate to all countries in Europe. Your orders are dispatched within 2 business days and will be with you in 3-5working days from the date of dispatch.

All our orders are shipped from the UK so the recipient may now have to pay customs handling or VAT charges in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. £30 International tracked - one simple rate for our global customers. Your orders are dispatched withing 2 working days and will be with you in minimum 2 weeks, subject to customs in your country.

RETURNS
Your 100% satisfaction is of great importance to us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Returning or exchanging an item is easy with The Curly Store. You have 14 business days from the receipt of order to decide whether to keep your items. To authorise your returns, products must be in a saleable condition i.e. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally fulfilled from The Curly Store. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on the following: accessories and tools: Satin Bonnets, hairbrushes, combs, beauty, body, and skincare products unless they're damaged.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Clearance or sale items.
